This song is my attempt to do for Stepney, in East London, what Gershwin did for Manhattan.
I want you to feel as if you are wandering through dark streets on an autumn night. The piano is obviously a bit influenced by Gershwin's Manhattan. To put you in the city, I left microphones outside and played with the input volume throughout the song. You can hear this most prominently at the end.
Oh and the piano intro shouldn't really be there. I improvised it after I hit record and then liked it, so it stays.
